And So It Begins...

I suppose I should explain the basis of this newly-formed blog and what I intend to do with it and all that jazz, so that is what I shall do.

PART 1-  THE INNER WORKINGS OF MY TITLE 

My blog is entitled "awake in the am."

awake   [uh-weyk]

to rouse to action; become active

The 'am' is a play on words; 1. AM as in time, which sparks a connection with the awake and 2. My initials are A.M as well (A.M.M if you include my middle name.) Pretty groovy huh?

So, I ( A.M) will become active throughout time (AM) as another blogger. Whoa! Look at me trying to be creative and witty at one in the morning! Or should I say 1:00 AM? ha. Stick around, I'm full of horrible jokes.

PART 2- THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE PURPOSE OF MY BLOG

I, A.M, will give my thoughts and opinions, through blog posts, on:
     - FILMS: in honor of my undying love and passion for the world of cinema
     - RANDOM RAMBLINGS: because sometimes, you have something to say, though it may not be about anything in particular, and that's okay.

And so it begins..
